BubbleUp Marketing Acquires Clearpath SEO

n a move that combines two local Web marketing powerhouses, Internet business strategy firm BubbleUp Marketing has acquired Clearpath SEO Internet Marketing. BubbleUp President Jason Vance announced the acquisition today.

“I am excited about this opportunity”, Vance said. “I look forward to meeting Clearpath’s customers and working with them to assess how they want to grow their businesses”.

“Clearpath customers are the most important part of the company”, said former owner David Cree. “If they are in Edmonton, Calgary, or anywhere in Alberta, knowing that they will receive excellent service from BubbleUp was the primary factor in the decision to sell to Vance”, Cree said. Clearpath’s attention to bottom line results for clients’ online activities will continue, Vance said.

Advising businesses on strategies to leverage the power of the Internet, connect with their market and customer in cost-efficient ways, BubbleUp summarizes its services in the tag line “Because websites don’t get traffic by themselves.” Clearpath’s focus onsearch engine optimization and social media strategies fits well into the BubbleUp Web marketing approach, Vance said. “Search marketing has been our passion for the past five years, emphasizing measurable results and accountability for our clients’ online marketing projects”, he said.

Energized by helping others find new ways to maximize effectiveness in the workplace, Vance is often described as a serial entrepreneur who started his first successful business at age 18. “I’m enthusiastic about marketing, business and technology and how they work together”.

A veteran Internet professional, Vance has trained hundreds of staff members in both corporations and government agencies across Alberta on diverse technology topics including using the Web, technology planning and Microsoft Office productivity. “My focus has always been on helping people discover new efficiencies, markets and profits for their organizations,” Vance said.
